Veal Rolls by Monika

3 slices bacon
1 1/2 c package herb stuffing mix
6 thin veal cutlets, pound thin, 1/8 inch thick
2 (10 oz packages frozen broccoli spears, thawed) I use fresh and microwave it for 2-3 minutes.
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/3 c milk

Brown bacon till crisp, remove, save drippings. Add melted butter to make 1/4 c. Make stuffing mix as package directions say, add crumbled bacon and dripping and butter to stuffing. Sprinkle veal with salt, add stuffing and roll. Tie with twine. Add 1 Tablespoon oil to pan, brown veal rolls.
Place meat and broccoli in casserole dish. Dissolve bouillon in 1/2 c hot water, pour over meat. Cover with foil, bake 350 for one hour. Remove twine.
Mix soup with milk, pour over meat bake a few more minutes to heat soup.
