Spiced Pecans II
4 oz pecans
2 Tbls sugar
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 Tbls butter melted
1 egg white lightly beaten
In a large bowl, toss the pecans with sugar, cayenne
pepper, melted butter, and egg white and place on a parchment lined baking sheet
in a preheated 300 degree oven for 20 minutes.
