Spiced Pecans
1 egg white
1 Tbls water
1 tsp cinnamon
1 C sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 pound pecan halves
Beat egg white and water until frothy, not stiff like
meringue. Stir in sugar, salt, cinnamon and pecans. Stir well till pecans are
coated. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir
every 15 minutes. When cool, store in airtight containers.
