Shrimp Wontons by Robin A

24 square wonton wrappers
1 tbs. butter, melted
10 oz. shelled, cooked shrimp, finely chopped
2 green onions finely chopped
1/3 cup grated carrot
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray. Using a pastry brush, brush one side of each wonton square with melted butter. Press each wonton, buttered side up into muffin cup. Bake 8 minutes or until brown & crisp. Remove from oven & cool.

Meanwhile, Combine cream cheese & remaining ingredients, mixing well.

Using a small scoop or melon baller, fill each wonton cup with a rounded scoop of shrimp mixture. Place wonton cups on a cookie sheet & bake 5 to 6 minutes until filling is bubbly around edges.
