Scott's Stuffed Mushrooms
24 large
mushrooms
1/4 C sliced green onions
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 C butter
2/3 C find dried bread crumbs
3/4 C crumbled bleu cheese
Brush off mushrooms. Remove stems. Chop stems to
make 1 Cup In med. sauce pan, cook chopped mushroom stems, onions, garlic
, & butter until tender. Stir in bread crumbs and cheese. Spoon into hollowed
out mushroom caps. Arrange in 15 x 10 in. baking pan. Bake at 425 for 10 -15
min.
