Pepperoni Pinwheels from Woman’s Weekly


1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
2 oz. sliced pepperoni
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 jar pizza sauce, heated for dipping


Roll dough into large rectangle. Place pepperoni on dough. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Roll up jelly-roll style. Slice in 1/2" slices. Place on foil-lined baking sheets about 2" apart. Cover with lightly greased plastic wrap and allow 30 minutes to rise. Uncover. Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden. Serve with warmed sauce for dipping
