Orange Pecans
1 Tbls orange zest
1/4 C orange juice
1 C sugar
4 C pecan halves
Combine the orange peel, juice, sugar into heavy saucepan
and cook on med heat until a full rolling boil. Add pecans and stir until the
syrup is absorbed. Remove from heat and stir until pecans are separated. Spread
on wax paper to cool.
