Marmalady's Killer Brownies
1 1/2 cup melted butter
6 eggs
3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup cocoa
1/4 cup hot brewed espresso
3T Kahlua
1/3 cup hot fudge topping
Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 9 x 13 pan.
Blend butter, sugar, vanilla; add eggs, beat. Mix together hot fudge topping,
espresso and Kahlua, and stir in. Mix together all dry ingredients, and add
gradually until well blended. Spread in pan; bake for 40-45 minutes. Brownies
should still look a little soft in the middle of the pan. Cool thoroughly before
cutting.
