Mai Tai
2 oz light rum
1 oz triple sec
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 Tbsp orgeat syrup
1 Tbsp grenadine
1 Tbsp lime juice
large glass, half filled with crushed ice
splash overproof rum
Shake all ingredients with ice. Pour into large glass half filled with ice.
Garnish with pineapple and cherry and a splash of overproof rum.
