Hot Crab Dip
Ohana Style Cookbook, Island Heritage Publishing, Honolulu, Hawaii

2 cups mayonnaise
1 8-ounce can artichokes, drained and chopped
1 cup crab meat or imitation crab meat, chopped
1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped white or green onion or the equivalent onion powder
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes, crushed
paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Spread in a 9x9-inch square or 9-inch round baking dish.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until until heated through.

Serve right from the oven or at room temperature with a basket of crackers or bread rounds.

Note: Recipe may be doubled for all ingredients except mayonnaise. Start with 3 cups mayo and increase as desired. Bake as above in a 9x13-inch baking dish or the equivalent size baking dish.
