What do you have left over?

Try this:

Meatloaf

	Meatloaf sandwiches (hot or cold)
	Break it up, heat it with sauce & make sloppy Joes
	Break it up and add it to spaghetti sauce

Meatballs & Sauce

Meatball subs

Taco Meat

	Sprinkle on top of nacho
	Stir into melted Velveeta for a nacho dip

Grilled Chicken or Steak

	Add it to nachos or quesadillas
	Make fajitas, burritos or tacos
	Add it to chili
	Add it to a crisp green salad
	Sandwiches - Leftover over grilled meat makes great panini! I make extra for this.

Mashed Potatoes

	Potato pancakes
	Grate on some sharp cheddar and bake until heated through
